This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the permitted and prohibited uses of Inaiwazhi's WhatsApp Automation Platform. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy.

ℹ️Purpose: This policy is designed to protect all Inaiwazhi users, ensure compliance with WhatsApp Business API policies, and maintain the integrity and reputation of our platform.

1. General Guidelines

When using Inaiwazhi, you must:

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Follow WhatsApp Business API policies and terms of service
Respect intellectual property rights
Obtain proper consent before sending messages to contacts
Protect the security and integrity of our platform
Use the service only for lawful business purposes
Maintain accurate account and business information

2. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using Inaiwazhi:

Spam and Unsolicited Messages

  • • Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam)
  • • Messaging users who have not opted in to receive communications
  • • Continuing to message users who have opted out or requested no contact
  • • Using purchased, scraped, or third-party contact lists without proper consent
  • • Automated message blasting without user permission

Illegal Content and Activities

  • • Promoting or engaging in illegal activities
  • • Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • • Facilitating fraud, scams, or pyramid schemes
  • • Selling or promoting illegal products or services
  • • Money laundering or terrorist financing
  • • Human trafficking or exploitation

Harmful or Offensive Content

  • • Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
  • • Threats, violence, or incitement to violence
  • • Adult content or sexually explicit material
  • • Content that promotes self-harm or suicide
  • • Misinformation or false information
  • • Impersonation of individuals or organizations

Platform Abuse

  • • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
  • • Bypassing rate limits or usage restrictions
  • • Reverse engineering or decompiling the platform
  • • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
  • • Using automated bots or scripts to abuse the service
  • • Interfering with the proper functioning of the platform

Prohibited Industries (Per WhatsApp Policy)

  • • Tobacco and vaping products
  • • Weapons, ammunition, and explosives
  • • Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia
  • • Gambling and betting services (in restricted jurisdictions)
  • • Adult entertainment or services
  • • Get-rich-quick schemes or multi-level marketing

Privacy Violations

  • • Collecting personal data without consent
  • • Sharing user data with unauthorized third parties
  • • Using data for purposes other than stated
  • • Violating GDPR, CCPA, or other data protection laws
  • • Failing to honor user privacy requests (deletion, access, etc.)

3. WhatsApp Business API Compliance

As a WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP), we require all users to strictly comply with WhatsApp's Commerce Policy and Business Policy:

Required Practices:

  • 24-Hour Messaging Window: Only send promotional messages within 24 hours of the last user-initiated message
  • Template Messages: Use approved message templates for messages sent outside the 24-hour window
  • Opt-In Required: Obtain explicit opt-in consent before messaging users
  • Opt-Out Mechanism: Provide a clear way for users to opt-out of communications
  • Quality Rating: Maintain a high-quality rating by avoiding user blocks and reports
  • Response Time: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

Important: Violations of WhatsApp policies may result in immediate suspension of your WhatsApp Business API access. Inaiwazhi cannot override WhatsApp's enforcement actions.

4. Best Practices

To ensure compliance and maintain a positive user experience:

  • • Respect user preferences and timing
  • • Keep messages relevant and personalized
  • • Monitor and respond to user feedback
  • • Maintain accurate contact information
  • • Test messages before sending campaigns
  • • Track and analyze message performance

❌ Don't:

  • • Send excessive messages
  • • Use misleading subject lines
  • • Share or sell user data
  • • Ignore user complaints
  • • Use aggressive sales tactics
  • • Send messages at inappropriate times
  • • Use all caps or excessive emojis

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

Inaiwazhi reserves the right to:

  • • Monitor accounts for compliance with this AUP
  • • Investigate reports of policy violations
  • • Remove or disable content that violates this policy
  • • Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
  • • Report illegal activities to law enforcement
  • • Cooperate with legal investigations

Violation Consequences:

  1. 1st Violation: Written warning and educational resources
  2. 2nd Violation: Temporary account suspension (7-30 days)
  3. 3rd Violation or Severe Violation: Permanent account termination

Note: Severe violations (illegal activity, severe spam, fraud) may result in immediate termination without prior warning.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violations of this Acceptable Use Policy, please report them immediately:

  • Abuse Hotline: Available 24/7 for urgent violations
  • In-Platform Reporting: Use the "Report Abuse" button in your dashboard

All reports are reviewed within 24 hours. We take violations seriously and will take appropriate action.

7. Appeals Process

If your account is suspended or terminated for a policy violation, you may appeal the decision:

  1. 1. Submit an appeal via email to appeals@inaiwazhi.com within 30 days
  2. 2. Provide evidence and explanation for the appeal
  3. 3. Our team will review the case within 5-7 business days
  4. 4. You will receive a final decision via email

Appeal decisions are final. Repeated violations after reinstatement will result in permanent termination without appeal.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via:

  • • Email notification to account administrators
  • • In-platform notification banner
  • • Updated "Last modified" date on this page

Continued use of Inaiwazhi after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
